Coaching Philosophy:

As a coach, I focus on helping an athlete improve while also making sure they are enjoying the process along the way.  As an athlete, I believe it is important to set goals, map out a plan to achieve those goals and then set to the task of getting it done. And the process I use for myself is no different than the one I use for the athletes I work with.  My role as a coach is to provide encouragement, support and motivation and to hold you accountable to the plan so that you can achieve your goals.
