As part of 2L Coaching Services' efforts to provide a wider scope of offering for runners, a new service will be available this summer in Philadelphia - a weekend running retreat. From August 4-6th, runners of all ages and ability levels are invited to this special event that will include seminars on a variety of running related topics, hands-on demonstrations, small group runs, and more.
The retreat will be held at the ACE Conference Center, which is located just across the Philadelphia line in the northwest suburbs. It lies just over a mile from the Wissahickon Valley section of Fairmont Park, a perfect training area. Housing will be available at the conference center, but local runners are welcome to stay at home and take part as day guests for the weekend.
